I just came across this on ebay today, and definently got a chuckle. I thought it was interesting, though I'm not sure what to make of it honestly. It seems like a creative idea and in theory could be a cool way to dress up a fretboard. In practice, however, I'd imagine these things would look tacky, get snagged, peel, and accumulate an awful lot of grime (assuming they last long enough) over time.

Ahh, memories. When I was thirteen I got some of those individual letter stickers from the hardware store and spelled out the name of my band across the fretboard of my Squier P bass. They were still on there when I sold it to some kid a few years back. I never really did like that thing anyway. I think it was only six months or so before I started saving up to buy a Fender P/J from a friend of mine. Them glory days, etc. etc.
