Very nice looking indeed - might get some black knobs like that for mine - I've got the same MIK with Bigsby. What are the new pickups doing for you that stock ones didn't? I'm asking as I rather like the stock ones in mine but I'd be interested to hear what your new ones have got. What music do you play? Thanks - and well done on a very good looking job!

hello and thanks for the feedback!

btw- welcome to the forum!

The stock P90's were a little soft on the output on my clean channels (Vox and Fender Super) and plugged in to my pedal board. They were fine on overdrive. The newly installed P90's have a brighter output on clean and very articulate with overdrive/distortion, especially playing notes.

I play everything from U2, Tristessa, Indie stuff in general, to the Beatles, the Blues, to jazz, and original stuff with my band.

I'm hoping to get more sound range out of this guitar rather than bringing 2 or 3 to a gig... plus i really love that old gibson 330 look.

Looks geat JG! I am tempted, to get a black Casino, and trick it out, with Gold hardware, except use the black plastic pickup covers,

with gold pole screws, etc. There's just something about "black" guitars, with gold hardware...maybe I was a "pimp,"

in a former life?! Like a Casino version, of my lovely Gibby "Lucille!"
