I am for real. The reissue Frontier's sunburst finish is the one in above photo. The pic in the company's history is a stock photo the used for reference The original Frontier has a different sunburst finish in the photo below. The sunburst is completely different in shape Plus the bridge is a screw lock. Look and compare Its REALLY obvious And as for getting my nose out of joint...I posted a WTB post, you dont have one for sale, but you keep posting unesssacery, confusing commentary in the thread
dubstar
and here's one with a fixed bridge... http://www.elderly.com/vintage/items/20U-11236.htm http://www.elderly.com/vintage/items/images/20U/20U-11236_front-detail.jpg my initial question about the image was an attempt to gather more information, as I was looking at the reissues a bit back and found a few...here is 94 Montana for sale recently, sorry if you are only looking for MIKs: http://forums.gibson.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=3402 like I said, good luck

fallow
my initial question about the image was an attempt to gather more information' date=' [b']as I was looking at the reissues a bit back and found a few...[/b] Sure you did just like you didnt know the difference in the original stock photo and instead of sending a PM dumped your misinformation on the WTB ad/ I think at this point I wouldnt lose any sleep over you claiming to have found some MIK Frontiers in the past. Somehow I highly doubt this. uh' date=' are you for real? the picture you posted is an ORIGINAL frontier[/b'], next to an original excellente and an original sheraton...taken right from an epiphone webpage on the company's history... Your luck I can pass on. It was a simple WTB post that you mucked up nicely instead of just sending a PM with your comments Something tells me you'll post right back again though, determined to have the last word for no worth

Guest
Wow...after the first reply I figured someone had a bad day at the office... Oh Mod...can you direct this ƒ-hole and his attitude to the nearest flea market? psssst...don't tell anyone but the "stock photo" from the web site seems to be of the limited run of Montana/Nashville USA-made models of 1993/1994...The reason the Korean Frontiers and Excellentes are so rare is because they were pricey for what they were (tarted up plywood boxes) and had all the tone of wet cardboard so no one bought them...and I'd be willing to bet that the reason this guy wants a Frontier in the first place is because he read that Noel Gallagher uses one or more accurately..."used" one once upon a time...sheeesh...kids..
