euclid00
Hello, I have the Les Paul Custom, Lefty if it matters :-/ http://epiphone.com/default.asp?ProductID=47&CollectionID=6 I was just wondering what size/brand are the strings that come with it, because mine look like they need a change
pohatu771
They're leftovers. There's no real brand, and there's no definite gauge. Just buy whatever you like, or try something out.
Ron G
They're probably 10s. All major brand strings are good quality. Try different ones over time and you'll find your favorite. I use D'Addario.
JRizZ
I agree - try some different types, I went through a lot of brands that I really didn't rate at all after trying them: Ernie Ball, Gibson, Roto Sound, until I came across D'Addario - I love them! They are so good - wrapped in that anti corrosive packaging, with less paper used (eco friendly too!) and you also get Players' Points too! Best things ever - it took me 10 years to save up the 120 points for my stool, but when I got it I was soooooo pleased!!!
pohatu771
I have a whopping 12 Players Points... I could get a lanyard, in my choice of D'Addario, Evans, or Rico branding.
