I remember the original Gibsons when they first came out and kind of wanted one back then but never did anything about it. I didn't remember that Epiphone actually made one, tho. In reading the article, I see that it was made by Peerless and Peerless is supposedly making their own version of the guitar now, the Bird of Prey model: I kind of like the assymetrical cutaways.
