gvdv
Hi Everyone, Thought I'd post an update to my 2 1/2 weeks ago purchase of a Made In China Epiphone Casino. Despite initial misgivings (see my previous review) I have fallen in love with this guitar, although I know that I shouldn't have because it's a kind of 'jack of all trades, master of none'. Although my Les Paul Standard and other guitars might be closer to the actual sound, I have enjoyed playing George's 'Let It Be' solo (album version) on my Casino so much. Pick up selector down (bridge setting?), volume and treble controls all the way up. I really love this guitar, and to complement its Sunburst finish, sometime in the next year I will buy a natural blonde Elitist Casino. Hi byrds1965, Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can imagine (hope) how the Elitist might/is better than the Made In China. GVDV
