The drive volume range therefore takes up most of the dial. no matter if you use the guitar or amp volume.. the difference between driven and clean is fairly big. I think the vjs cleans are loud enough to play behind the distorted tones.. but they will never compete with them volume wise. so there's your range.. max driven sounds will be bigger than max clean... that's the amp. on the other hand, it's made to be cranked! even stock. So what you get using the volume control on your guitar mostly has to do with the distortion sounds.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
