BTW my 'Korean chemistry experiment' body slide guitar wouldn't command $50 loonies in any music store, so I have no qualms about 'roughing it about' with a slide on my hand and I think that is a reason (at least for me) why a 'cheapo' guitar can be so excellent for slide -- we play them at 100% potential. I'm new to slide and I certainly would not lay it on my beautiful Elite LP like I do ol' Chemistry.
