Dr. Killmore Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 I noticed that one of the upgrades on that gutar is a set of locking tuners. I never understood the purpose of locking tuners. I can see them being helpful while restringing, but how do they aid in tuning stability? Once the string is wound around the post a few times, how does the locking tuner make a difference?
