Firebrand
I was checking out some guitar stores today and tried a few guitars out. I was fiddling with a Dot and I tried a black Casino that was next to it. What a difference, where did that woody tone and all that bass come from? My first thought was what kind of center block does this thing have so I had a look, just a spacer that goes from the top to the back and secures the bridge. Well, now I see (and hear) why these a treated with such enthusiasim, in my ignorance I though it was just a dot with dog ear P90's, well boy was I off base. Now I have some serious GAS !! cookieman15061
Well firebrand I own 2 casinos. A natural and a sunburst they are the guitars I play the most over my strat and my les paul. I love the way they feel in my hands, the tone i can get out of them and the p90s. I eventually will change out the switch and wiring for something more solid. Best advice i could give is have it professionally set up. It did wonders for keeping mine in tune and the action is now perfect.

Just Strum
It definitely has caught my attention. After reading all the buzz here, I went and checked one out at a local shop. It is a tough one to walk away from, but the price is a tad out of reach. The good thing is that I am a "lock" for the one they are giving away. I envy all who own a Casino or two!!! bluesstringer
Yeah, I've never bitten the bullet on one eother yeat and have regretted a couple I let pass away from me. While I don't see spending the cash on one any time soon it is definitely on my wish list. Particularly in turquoise. They are definitely great and unique sounding guitars.
