cGil Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 A neon NE-2 bulb, or better yet, a neon AC circuit tester, which is basically just that same old neon bulb with a couple insulated wires with probes attached so you can have something other than your fingers to stick into electrical sockets.
