mbaker1400 Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I've been playing an Epiphone SG-400 for a while now. Everyone else in the band plays Schecter, but I love the feel of my Epiphone, so here's my question. Does anyone know if the emg 81/85 set will fit in my Epiphone w/o any mods? I would rather keep my guitar than upgrade to a Epiphone prophecy. I don't trust myself with doing any cutting on my guitar. Any input would be appreciated. Epiphone was just selling a limited edition G400 with 81/85 (for $399 - only a couple hundred more than the pickups themselves) so it can't be too hard.
