metalhed717
if you could only have one of your guitars, which would it be? it would be tough for me to choose between my prophecy and my 66 g-400, because even though the prophecy sounds better, i just love my 66. its the guitar that really got me into playing and was my first real guitar. what about you guys? ef_in_fla
I have an Ibanez Prestige that is the best playing and sounding of the batch. Not the best looking but playability would have to come first if I could only have one.
Just Strum
As much as I like the Dot and the Wildkat, I would probably keep my Strat. I like the way it sounds, but value comes into play as well.

Guitar Chico
Well when I amass a good collection (At the moment, I have but one guitar) I would keep my first guitar even though it doesn't play the best or have the best sound but its very important to me. djroge1
This is not the first time I thought about this. Probably my first real guitar - '78 Les Paul But man I love my SRV Strat and Elitist Dot... My Alvarez Yari classical is sweet too.
TWANG
boy it is tough to choose only one. I guess though that it's blondy.. sheraton with twin p90s.. about as middle of the road as you can get, I think, but with it's own character.. plenty of fat bottom end.. and enough highs to keep up with the strat/tele stuff.. but it really is tough.. the lp studio.. humbuck bridge and p90 neck.. lots of sounds in that three way switch! and then there are the actual strats and teles. .sheesh.. much as I love my blondy.. after all these years.. leo knew his stuff.. * and I fixed what he didn't *G* but yep.. blondy for practical reasons and sentimental as well. noise and all! Ricochet
My first homebuilt, for sentimental reasons more than anything else. I should say my Epiphone Unsung LP, 'cause that's what I play most.
Notes_Norton
If I could only have one guitar, my first choice would be my Gibson ES-330, second choice my Epi Casino. Why? Because they are acoustic guitars and electric guitars, I love the way the P90s sound, the neck is "touch-and-go", they are lightweight, and they are beautiful. Why would my 330 edge out over the Casino? It sounds better unplugged, it has more resale value, and the neck joins the body at a higher fret. Big Norm
If it would have to be one I have already, it would be my LP Ultra. If I would have to choose or have the possibility to buy another one, I would sell all the ones I have and buy a Gibson LP Standard.
