larkin38 Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 I wish Epiphone would look to their "own" history and bring back some of their early 60`s solid bodies again. How many different Les Pauls can you remake? I`m talking about the Coronet. Their version of a Les Paul junior with the P-90 pick up. The 63 model to be exact. The Crestwood and Wilshire, both with mini humbuckers. I never should have sold mine. They are solid little guitars.

They should get some different epiphones like making an es345 or at least show all of the epi models on the website (off subject but that was annoying me). GC
charlie brown Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 Riviera, Elitist and Regular... and/or just bring back the Elitist "Semi" and Full archtop lines! But, Gibson, and Fender all suffer from "too many" syndrome. To many LP's and Strats, respectively. All they really need (Epiphopne, too)...IMHO, is LP (Studio, Standard, Custom, Junior, double cut Special) Most people seem to "mod" their guitars, anyway...some more so, than others, but with all the great aftermarket parts/pickups, it makes no sense (to me) to make all these versions of the LP's and Strats. Let US, the consumer, make those decisions. Besides...we do that, anyway...even when we buy some "specialty" version...just to make it "ours," you know? Why not make less models with much better quality, and QC overall. Pretty soon, "31 Flavors" just makes you sick! ;>b CB
Notes_Norton Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 I'd like to see the Sorrento re-issued. But I like hollow body guitars and P90s. Like this one on eBay I don't like the orange color though. Notes
