True Bypass Strip/Box advise

Hello lads, i'm making big steps discovering me rig and just got really shocked while plugged me epi directly to amp. Spend ages and fortune collecting effect pedals and defining my tone and now don't want to play through them as it's fatal tone suck. Luckily enough I've discovered true bypass strips/boxes to solve this problem.

So my question is, which one would you advise (from your own experience) and would you do it yourself rather spending hundred pounds on simple strip with switches?

Simply share your experience and give me as much informatioin as possible.
