Caveat Emptor. It's a crap shoot.

 

The seller doesn't really say anything about the real condition of the neck, action or frets. It hasn't been cleaned. It has a broken nut. The serial number tells us it's a 2nd or Refurb, so it has or had a problem of some sort that Epiphone didn't want to deal with.

 

For that money, I'd find something new with warranty that I could return if it had problems.
