Notes_Norton Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 Hi y'all Something went wrong when I ripped the WAV at 128 Mono and a strange buzz was introduced - sorry about that. I couldn't hear the buzz on my laptop, but it was called to my attention so I hooked up external speakers and there it was. I re-ripped the track and re-posted it. If the buzz bothers you, you can re-download the mp3. I don't know what happened, I've ripped a lot of things and never got that buzz before. I can't even identify what the buzz is, it isn't a normal ground loop hum. Perhaps I had too many things running on the computer at once. Anyway, it's fixed now. Notes --------- Original Post --------- Hi y'all, I just posted a free, full length, mp3 backing track for you to download. It's a slightly lower bit rate and mono version of a sequence I use in The Sophisticats (lower bit rate and mono to keep the file size smaller for downloading on slow connections). We use a 192k stereo version to play Sweet Home Chicago You can use the mp3 for practice, jamming, or whatever (with your Epiphone guitar of course). Although the copyright on this arrangement is automatically granted to me, I am hereby granting you permission to use it any way you like. To download the mp3 file go to: http://www.nortonmusic.com/freemp3.html Note: I don't know how much traffic my Web Host's server can handle, so if you are having trouble downloading it, try again at a later time. Comments on the mp3 are appreciated. Happy holidays.
