JohnWhirl Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Hey everyone. Just a quick question about the Grover Tuners on my LP Standard. There are screws on the outside of the Tuner Keys. What do these do when you tighten/loosen the screw? Thanks!
L1Picker Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 It keeps the button on and adjusts the tension.
TWANG Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 yeah. it holds the button on and you can adjust how much tension is there .. I like to set mine up so each feels as close to the same as possible.. too little and it's just hard to tune quickly.. too much and the same thing is true. Each string has a different amount of tension, so this is handy to get them all the same. TWANG
