Epiphone Steve Jones Les Paul ???

Hi from the Uk ,

I wonder if Epiphone have any ideas of producing their own version of Gibsons fantastic Steve Jones Les Paul Custom , how many readers of this forum would jump at the chance of owning such a guitar ???

 

The relevance of Steve , his Les Paul and of course his sound and style is massive to todays music , I was very pleased that Gibson acknowledged this and produced a replica of his iconic guitar. It's just unfortunate that most of us can't afford it .......... but Epiphone on the other hand , masters of giving us more bang for the buck ............. are in the best position for producing their own endorsed version , a hit I think ,what do you guys think ????
