There was just a thread showing a polish website that had them..

different specs and features on the combo..20 watts and one showed dual inputs.

Sweetwater keeps saying unusually long delay in shipping..

hi guys, thanks for the replies.

I actually asked thomann today when they would have the valve senior in stock, and they said May... looks like Epiphone are probably having the same issues that blackheart are having with some chinese factories closing down due to the world financial market at the moment, so my huess is that they were due out a few months back but keep getting pushed because they can't get them made.

i hope May is right :-)

How can it be that the combo is cheaper than the head version that doesn't have a 12" speaker ? :-s

The price on Thomann.de is 299 Euro for the head but 279 Euro for the combo #-o

The head runs 18 Watt class AB Push Pull and the combo 20 Watt class ??

Anyway, I think both will be great MOD platforms for the price if they ever arrive. Just like the little Junior.

Epiphone brought with them the Valve Senior Combo to The 2009 NAMM Show

Come on Epi ... show us some specs and a demo

TWANG, They do exist!

The price point on the Sweetwater site is nice, but as with any GAS issues, I may have to wait a little bit.

Are there any other specs about the "reverb" - hoping it's not the DSP effects again.

The DSP effects in the Standard I had really didn't do much for me, and had I kept it, that amp was

scheduled to get some major mod TWANG! (and sparkle, and, and....)

The Sr. may not need a thing to get that sparkle.

ladyscaglyc- The Woodbrass.com page that paruwi6172 found says the "Reverb is tube driven".
