EDREAD case?

Hi

 

Been looking at getting an 'Edread' case for my Hummingbird. Does anyone on here have one and if so could you post a pic as there seems to be a suggestion that the pics on sites like Sweetwater/MF are slightly different to what you actually get.

The pic that they show is of a fairly plain and un-substantial hard case. I'm looking for the one with the raised bit/brown handle/two-tone trimming/very plush grey lining, know the one?

Can't help you with the EDREAD case but, I did get the case for my EL-00 (sweetwater #EL-0CS) from Sweetwater and the exterior looks just the one pictures on their site. The interior though is a dark gray and not the brown as pictured on Sweetwater. Still a very nice case and worth the $$ IMO. Sweetwater is GREAT. Give them a call and talk with them. Ask for Kurt Martin. He is the contact person I spoke with. VERY helpful.

Cheers btg, yours is exactly the style I'm after but for my H'bird. Lovely looking cases. If that is the actual style of the edread case I suppose the next thing to ask is do they ship to UK?!?

Hey Matt, have you thought about asking at Thomann's? It would probably be a lot cheaper than having one sent from the States. They didn't have the case I was interested in on their website, but they were still able to order one for me.

The EDREAD is a good fit for the Hummingbird as stated here:

I ordered one a year ago for my AJ45 from Musicians Friend. I received the black one with the brown trim and grey plush lining. You should probably check with the retailer to confirm the colors before ordering.
