Also new to the website, so thought I'd ask who the Les Paul owners are and what their thoughts are on this excellent guitar ? :)

You should head on over to the Epiphone electrics forum http://forums.epiphone.com/Default.aspx?g=topics&f=6 .... way more traffic than this area, and you'll find a bunch of us Epi LP owners......I own a honeyburst standard plus-top, myself.
