Well' date=' this should really chap Nelson's ***.

I'm not sure if I should congradulate you or give you my condolences, but good on you Duane.

Does this mean we have to stop complaining about the mods now?[/quote']

LOL

We just want to maintain a certain amount of civility. I fully understand there will be heated discussions, but it can be done with a certain level of maturity.

just have fun

I think that this is great news. I sometimes frequent another forum where senior members are Mods. I believe Epi Mods still must play a role but I think that it is a great idea to include members. It may help us take more personal " ownership " of the forum.

Hey thats great............Duanne appears to rellatively sane and normal' date=' I think Fubar should be made a moderator to give him a hand=d> [/quote']

not so sure about the normal part, but thanks for the vote of confidence.

However, I would like to see you behave a little more sanely before hitting the "post" button. There's no need to make a public spectacle out of everything you post.

thanks

Thanks Ship!!!

The Epi members for the most part do a great job of controlling themselves and contribute. However there is the very very small minority that have a different agenda.... But we have them on radar.

I can verify what Ship says, he was a moderator on another forum I frequent and he did an outstanding job.....it cannot be an easy task, nobody can make everybody happy all the time and it must take a bit of a tough skinned nature to be able to manage among all the flame-wars. There will be unexpected complaints, it's just the nature of these internet communities, we are like a microcosm of our worldwide society in general, afer all.

........and, oh, Ship, I'm SO glad to hear you're not looking for a job.......of any kind. Take time to enjoy life, amigo, keep collecting guitars (and selling guitars) and shred on!
