Gunhedd
I really dig my Mesa Boogie F30 with my Elitist 335. Yum.
Gashole
I don't have an Epi LP Custom... But of the dozen or so combo amps (all but a couple being tube jobs) I've owned throughout the years I rate the Epiphone Blues Custom 30 at the top of the heap. It's a lot of amplifier. It sounds good with any electric guitar.
Svet
I have to agree with Gashole about the Epi BC30. It is a lot of amp for the money and can be used for everything save for the heaviest of metal.
InsideMan
Many years ago I stumbled across a Roland Jazz Chorus 55 at the local guitar shop. It's an incredibly versatile amplifier for small gigs, jamming, practicing. I could never part with it. It easily matches the versatility of the Dot for rock, jazz, blues, anything. zombywoof
Dont have an Epi Lester or, in fact, any Lester. My main amp is a 1955 Fender Twin-Amp with cab restoration by Greg Hopkins - shown here with a Linhof Special made by J. Black.
Charles Obscure
The one that sounds best to me is my Reverend Kingsnake 20/60 combo. Like the BC30, it sounds good with many different types of guitars. That's why I still have it.

I'm off to google what a Linhof Special is....
charlie brown
Lester's and Marshalls! Fender Deluxe and Twin Reverbs, with almost anything! CB
Canine
Have to agree, Marshalls are made for Les Pauls. Any of my LPs sounds awesome through the JCM! I don't remember much about the combo amps, the one combo I got is crap! I had a peavy tube combo, small thing, I'd tell you the name of it but I just can't remember, this was some 15 years ago! generation zero
Mesa Roadster. Les Pauls. Perfection. Also, in the bang for bucks category, the Peavey Windsor is a great amp for $400. Throw a sonic stomp in the FX loop, and replace the tubes, and it's a decent substitute for an old Marshall. Only problem is the fact it's single channel, but there are ways around that.
