bluesplayer09 Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 I bought an acoustic-electric Gibson Epiphone in about 1997-98. It's a PR-350 and the body is black with pearl enlay snowflakes on the fret-board. Head-stock is also black with pearl enlay Epiphone...underneath is a crown...then Gibson underneath the crown. The pick-guard is a redish-orange sunspotted swirl. The input for the patch chord is mounted underneath the body towards the back and there are no equalizer controls mounted. Anybody have a clue? I can post a picture later. Serial number is 9071741. Thanks!
PeteWilson Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 What exactly do you want to know? Sounds like you have identified the guitar in question. Are you asking for a prior owner? I do not understand what you are asking.
Ship of fools Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Sounds as if you have a Model EA35 dread style, spruce top its called a tortoise pickguard, and they were made between 92-2000, blue book says they run about $200-250 in excellent shape,$120-150 in average shape ( pickguard scratchs and some dings and what not here and there last MSR was $369.00, however very unusal to see one in black body, almost all of them were in Natural finishes.Ship...........they made so many different PR-350 models in later years and in 98 for an extra $10 you could get it in Ebony and sunburst finishes. They also made one with a Mahogany top 94-98 and is almost 30% less in value called the Model EM-35
