ne_buddy
Just wanted to hear your impressions. Mine goes out of whack twice a year and needs a truss tweak. Is this common on your Elite Riviera too?
charlie brown
Guitars (well, most of them, anyway) are wood. Wood moves...with temp and especially humidity changes. So, if you're only doing a TR adjustment 2 times a year, you and your Riviera, are doing just fine! I know some Pro musicians that adjust 1, maybe even 2 times a day...depending on where they're playing (in the PM or later that night...if it's a different city and/or temp-humidity situation). Roger McGuinn mentions this, too...in his DVD. And, he has 2 rods to adjust, in his Ric-12 string. LOL! CB
mgrmatt
I don't really have anymore issues with my Riviera's truss than any of my other guitars. I do know here in TN this time of year you have to be patient since the weather changes so often. mgm
