maniak
Got to do a session with my SG Prophecy GX saturday nite.Did A lead trak for a friend on a song for an upcoming release. I used an old Mesa Boogie that belonged to the studio and a SANS AMP GT-2 stomp box,,that was it. I t took me all of 5 minutes to nail the tone i wanted and maybe another 10 to get a take. Needless to say ,,,everyone was pretty happy,,especially the guy who was paying for the time What else can i say except I LOVE THIS GUITAR!!!! RaSTuS
Yeah, they're somethin' else, certainly on my short list for guitars to get. Glad you're enjoying so much, you can tell me all the little quirks when I land one.
TWANG
You could buy that just for it's looks.. good to know they sound that good, too! TWANG
GaryM
In my experience, an SG always works well in the studio. I don't like playing them live but in the studio you can't go wrong with the mighty SG.
midiman56
I'm happy to hear that you're still loving the Prophecy, maniak! I've been playing both of mine in front of paying audiences almost nightly and I haven't had a bad moment yet. Lot's of complimens from both audience members and fellow musicians alike. Good job on the session! Jim
Geff
I Have the SG and futura prophecy. I love the SG but the futura is dissapointing in comparison. That SG prophecy with Dirty Fingers just may be the best SG ever made - even compared against 'real' ones!
rockstar232007
The Prohecy Series guitars are really good looking, but I'm not a huge fan of the 24 fret necks.
