wully Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 probably a daft question, but here goes, anyway... do the '58 korina explorer's still have the same chunky neck as they used to? i played one years ago, but recently saw an advert for one on a shop website that described the neck as 'fast' and 'sleek'.. surely a mistake?
Guest icantbuyafender Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 well, I have a g400 that has a chunky "dot" profile neck on it. some say they are fast... i personally like a LP profile, or a flying V Ive played an explorer by epi (not the korina) and the neck was like the V's : sleek and fast but a bit wider than a LP
oneblackened Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Yeah, I'd call them slightly thinner but a little wider than an LP neck. Slightly offtopic: What in the world are they actually made out of?
