nice, I never really realized how vastly different studios could be, I have an 04 MIC studio that has full body profile weighing almost 9 lbs the body is as thick as my custom full mahogany body, black head dot inlays, the new one is a 99 MIK studio thinner body profile feels like about 6lbs and has tulip style tuners, I have to check the pick ups and set it up later but gotta love variety, guess they are more like women than we think no two alike

I know how you feel. I had my goldtop in layaway for 5 months. I thought I would never get that thing paid off. It was worth it though. I love my goldtop. Hang in there.

I was in the same boat as you... I ordered an EPI Standard Plus Memorial Day Weekend from Musicians Friend which just arrived this week. It is my first LP style guitar and I'm digging it! I am amazed at how stunning the Honeyburst finish is on it. It was worth the wait just as I imagine yours will be.....

This is my third Lp got two studios and a custom, Here in the next few days I'l get my pics up, now I just need to find a street sign for may wall of pauls.
