Evan
I recently bought an epiphone S310. Its a candy red color with the "hockey stick" neck. I'm not sure where to find a serial. I the back neck plate was blank. Possibly replaced? Also the pickups cut out really bad I looked inside and everything looked like a good connection.. bad pots? Bender 4 Life
The ser.# was very likely on a sticker on the back of the headstock, and has been peeled off. as for the "cutout" problem, if it's more than 1 p'up doing it...........then it's most likely the lead cable input jack, either a bad wire connection, or just a bad jack period. Evan
So I have no serial? :( that really sucks. What years were my model produced? I think I'll just take my guitar to a local shop and tell them to make it happen
rockstar232007
The best thing to do is, send some pics to Gibson. They should be able to help you. I had to do that with my Epi S-500, and it HAS a serial # (sticker)!
