shaggydawg
Dear forum! Anyone know the chances of scoring a replacement truss rod cover for a '56 GT reissue? You know, with the script "'56 Gold Top" logo? Mine's got a little ding! :D Chances seem slim, but thought I'd ask. Thanks for any help.
lpfan
You need to talk to TWANG, one of the forum members. He can probably help you out with your problem.
jcwillow777
I've had Twang do a few TRCs for me, he does good work. Not sure if he does engraving though. PM him. I know that terrapinguitars does engrave TRCs. He does good work too, but more expensive than Twang.

shaggydawg
Thanks all for the input. No good story about the ding. It just "appeared" one day! I had a thought: Buy another GT off of eBay, swap the TRC, then re-sell the guitar with a plain TRC. LOL! Probably end up being an expensive TRC, but then again, could actually MAKE money. :-)
