marcelo94
Recently ive been having trouble with getting the treble sounds to sound louder than the bass sounds, i dont know if you get what I mean, so ive decided that, next month, Ill be changing the bridge Hum. I was just wondering if there is a way I can replace it myself?
TWANG
It'll have two wires that run to the controls. you turn the pots down all the way.. and unsolder the two wires. then you solder in the next pups two wires. printable diagrams at www.guitarelectronics.com left side.. scroll down to diagrams.. find yours which is two humbucks two volume two tone three way. taxman
You do not need to spend time and money replacing your pickup. Just raise the treble pole-pieces or raise the pickup itself on the treble side. It'll take about thirty seconds.
TWANG
beatlenut has a point. lower the neck pickup for less bass.. then adjust the poles for string balance. it would be good if you googled pickup height adjustment for humbucking pickups! you'll find a good explanation and a starting point for height that may help.
