I can't seem to interpret this Serial Number

I have a sweet red-metalflake Epi from the 80's - I'm told it's an S-800. The serial is SL70606391- can someone help me interpret it ? The site doesn't list SL as a manufacturing factory code.

possibly from Samick in Korea. I beleive all S800 came from Korea as well as the S600& S900.

 

S 800's were manufactured from late 1986-1989
