Spotting Fake Epiphone Les Pauls

Thanks everyone for your help, asked the guy to consider deal of £160 and he agreed, Yeah! as someone once said, if you don't ask you don't get.

I am picking it up later and will be the proud owner of an Epiphone Les Paul Studio.

Again, Thanks for all your input, it helped me to make a balanced decision, you see when i bought the Fender Squier, i rushed into it, mind you i only paid £50, but i thought i was getting a good deal as i bought one in 1986 when i was living in South Africa, and it was a Japanese one, didn't realise that the quality had dropped so badly, was an Indonesian Affinity, Pathetic to put it mildy, so now i am a bit wiser,
