daddun
Hi all. I have my late mother's 12-string Epiphone Serenader and would like to learn a little more about it. Can anyone guide me to how to find any history of the guitar? I have the model (FT-85) and serial #, and know she bought sometime in the 60's. I'm curious about when and where it was made. It is in very good shape, and I'm not sure of it's value but it would be interesting on estimates.......and whether to sell it or keep/insure it. Thanks. Ship of fools
The FT85-Serenader 12 string config.14.25 in body width, spruce top, mahogany back/side25.5 in.scale adjustable saddle, dot fingerboard inlay, avail.Walnut finish, accordingly the blue book lists them in excellent shape for $1100-1,300 made between 63-70. But I would think the price maybe closer to $750-900 in really great shape.Ship
