Marine-a-billy
Just got an Epiphone AJ-200EVS Acoustic Electric for Christmas and have been playing her for a couple days now. Well, I just plugged her in and realized that only both the low and high E's are loud and clear. All the strings in between, however, are very low and muddy. Is this normal for an acoustic without an EQ (just plug into the rear strap knob) or is this something to take back to Guitar Center? I guess I'll need to stop playing her to avoid any more pickguard scratches until I get some feedback in case I need to return her. __________________ Gretsch G6120W Gretsch G6130 Danelectro U2 Reissue Escape Travel Guitar Epiphone AJ-200EVS Deke Dickerson model Hallmark (enroute) Upright Bass Gretsch videos: Blog (Motorcycle Boots): http://vintageengineerboots.blogspot.com/
The_Buffalo
Plugged into what? These types of guitars work best plugged into a p.a. or an acoustic guitar amp. Plugging into an electric guitar amp may give less satisfactory results.
