crispy77
I got her this weekend and she's a beauty. Plays as nice as any guitar I've owned. Here's a pic with her Matsumoku brethren (she's on the right). (sorry for the crappy pic) Here's a question. Anyone know a case that will fit this? Same width as the hollowbody Emperor, but only as deep as a Sheraton.
altair
Oohhh what a gorgeous set of guitars you have, I'm jealous :) HNGD!
charlie brown
Great!! Congratulations!! Quite a stable, of deep-reddish brown Epi's, you have. What's the lower bout width...17"? Maybe a current Gretsch Country Gent case, or one made for that, would fit? TKL or some others, probably make something that would work...you'd just have to know the guitar length, and lower bout width. CB
smips65
:) Very nice collection there my friend, HNGD
brianh
Wow, that's a great collection, except I think you have too many guitars and need to sell one. To me! But before you do, get a case for the thinline. Does it not fit in a Sheraton case?
peeper
I think its too wide for a 335 style case.
crispy77
Yeah, it's a smidge too wide for a 335 style case. I believe it's 16.5 or 17 inches (I'll have to measure). Thanks Charlie! I was thinking that the Country Gent was probably my best bet. Thanks everyone! I'm definitely a happy camper right now. Of course, we all know how GAS can sneak up and grab you at any moment :)
lpfan
Of course' date=' we all know how GAS can sneak up and grab you at any moment :) [/quote'] Tell me about it. I bought an Epi Casino VS and a case for it two weeks ago. Then last week I bought an Epi Valve Jr. then a black Fender Strat two days later. Then today I bought a Fender Champ 600. And I'm looking for a good deal on a Fender Telecaster right now. I don't know what to do, I can't stop. I have a problem, er... bad habit, er...addiction, umm.. I need help. LOL! jonnyg
Congrats on the new guitar. I can honestly say I'm truly jealous as I've never even seen one before. Surely a model that Epiphone should consider re-issuing and preferably in an elitist range. A Guitar of that style deserves the quality. Any chance of a pic of it solo when you've got time? crispy77
Thanks Jonnyg! They definitely aren't that easy to find, but well worth hunting for. Here are a couple more pics (sorry again for the crappy shots).
