I know someone on these forums has two Gibson ES330s, which both have black pickguards. Maybe they'll chip in and say where they came from. Otherwise, I think your only option is to have one custom made. There are several places that can do this, but an alternative solution is to go to a local engraver or similar, and they should be able to make one for you for less. I recently had a large pickguard made for my G400 SG by an engraver and it was very cheap and he did a fantastic job. The Casino pickguard is only small too, so I imagine it'd be even cheaper.
