Ship of fools Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 It depends on the guitar and the sound you want and your playing style, you don't want big fat frets if you are playing fingerstyle guitar and you don't want thin frets for the blues ( you lose out on the vibrato ) and then it becomes even more complicated when you go to the dark side of elelctrics.Ship......................not really but its more for the style of playing and also comfort.
