TheLastCrowOnTheWire
just made a youtube channel not to long ago... out of pure late night boredom-a lot of the vids showcase my Epi H-Bird-again i use ultra-lights with brass bridge pins-so tell me what ya think and check out some of my other guitars-most of them are also strung with ultra-lights, except the 000 which i think are 12 or 13's...anyway enjoy... http://www.youtube.com/user/thelastcrowonthewire
atfab
Neat! The recording quality does not do it justice, sounds all mid range, so it's hard to tell. I put ebony pins in my "knock around" Dean and they really helped the overall tone and sustain/overtones.

TheLastCrowOnTheWire
added more vids with the h-bird...sound quality improved in the more recent stuff...did a few covers-swapped out the plastic bridge pins for brass/abalone ones and i have extra lights strung on the bird-let me know what ya think-my h-bird is indonesian made? anyone know who is making these? nobodies really said much about these birds coming out of indonesia... meanstreak1281734111
ya the newer vids sound much better, but you gotta get a better camera!! You should try what I did. I used a high end $50 pair of Altec Lansing headphones with microphone to record using audacity. Just put the mic about 6 inches from the soundhole and went for it. Sounds pretty good that way! TheLastCrowOnTheWire
played a fender sonoran-has lam. mahogany back/sides and solid spruce top-liked the headstock and thought it would sound like my H-Bird, but it did not-so she's going back-was just trying it for fun, thought it was a bit thin compared to me Epi-later
