3 pup question

If, and I do mean if, a guy wanted to have control over all 3 pups in one of these. What would be the best solution?

It's clearly stated, 2-volumn....2-tone pots installed. The middle pup is "floating" I think...

I'm a keep it stock sort of guy, so I'm interested in a push/pull knob type of setup. Does this mean gobs of soldering and such?

I have' date=' and as stated 2 and 2, that's the reason for my question.

That's weird. They're almost ALWAYS 3 vols/1 tone. I suppose you could take the cap off of one of the tones and run the pup to it, just use it as a 3rd volume.

A real 3 way toggle switch. Neck' date=' bridge, or either combined with the middle PU. Volume for neck and bridge. One Tone for two combined PUs, and one Tone for the other.

There you go:

Forgive my ignorance of all things with wires and such.

On this schematic, it appears to me that the middle pup is connected only to the 3-way switch, (on the upper left), bridge and neck pup are clearly wired into both sets of pots.

Am I examining this correctly?

Correct. It's either On in conjuction with the bridge, or Off. No seperate volume or tone functionality.
