heritage cherry
I got the idea from this topic to change the truss-rod cover on my SG standard. I kind of never liked the big white "SG" letters on the truss-rod cover, compared to say the look of the '61 re-issue or my Lester. So I bought an official Gibson standard truss-rod cover viz. plain black, and fitted it to my SG. Expensive little piece of plastic, but now my SG looks really cool ! matiac
When I had my SG, I put one on mine said "Standard", cuz that's what it was.
