skulldoc
I have a "new" used LP Jr. I can't read all of the serial numbers but here are the first 7: 0910100xxx Does this mean it was built in Oct 2009 and then the next 2 numbers are the location? 10 Anyone know what location that means? skulldoc
ReneBoedker
Maybe it's 0910I00xxx, instead of 0910100xxx. That would make more sense, since 10 is unknown as a factory code.
ReneBoedker
I = Indonesia (this letter has appeared as the 5th digit on two authentic new models made in Indonesia) Isn't the new Jr's made in Indonesia?
deflepfan
Don't make much more sense to me:-k Peter +1 '10' is a factory code that hasn't been figured out yet. Wasn't there a sticker on the back of the headstock stating what country it was made in? Having an 'I' as the fifth digit, followed by five more digits seems odd, as Juniors aren't available everywhere. I mean, How can they be making 'that' many and not have them for sale?
