gypsyseven
I was just wondering today after i played my Valve Senior Head what kind of OD pedal do other owners use/like with it? What cabinet matches the best? What settings do you like? Please, reply!!!!!!
Tragic1281734187
I have been using a Visual Sound Open Road and Son of Hyde pedals with two Epi extention cabs. Sound's fine to me!

brianh
I have a stock Blues Driver, a Maxon OD-9 (TS9 clone), and a Pigtronix Philosopher's Tone. But I really prefer plain tube OD, straight cable and no effects at all.
Dennis G
I'm kind of with brianh on this one. I'll typically use a slight delay, once in a great while a Blues Driver or DS-1 depending on what guitar I'm using, but all in all, I'm having a great time playing with the gain and master settings, combined with the vol/tone knobs on my guitars. I'm getting some pretty good tube OD that way. I have all but stopped using my other amps the past few months and I think they're getting pi$$ed!
