Hey was thinking, just to improve appearence of my guitar, can I take the bridge's humbucker cover, so it will resemble to jimmy page's les paul?

Yes, if you are good with a soldering iron or a peanut grinder.

No, the G400 has Alnico Classic/Alnico Classic+ humbuckers, whereas the G310 has ceramic 700T/650R humbuckers. You would probably be able to take off the cover, but you would have to scrape off all the wax.

once you break the solder joints heat the pups with a hairdryer , this will melt the wax a bit and make the cover easier to come off , when you get the cover off just keep the hairdryer on to melt the wax away

 

by the way , when i removed the cans from the pups of my 400 the plastic was black and gray , not very pretty at all , but i suppose youll just have to remove the covers to see what you have :)

the tone changes with the covers off. i think i prefer it that way. (off.) you can also get at the magnets easier, if you want to change them.
