mud guy
Hi- treated myself today...was planning on getting a epi special with the 2 p90s but instead got this: PRS SE soapbar...have to say I am really liking it so far...it was leftover stock (2008 model) and I got it for a good price new. It was jut too hard to track down the epi I wanted, and I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of customs.

mud guy
Thanks...it lists at the store for $575 (Can) plus tax, but I got it for $415 with a rather robust gig bag. I've seen them online for upwards of $700 and since they are discontinued, are getting hard to find apparently. I gave it a go last night when the wife was out and was thoroughly impressed...I can't find a flaw on the finish, the intonation is bang on (despite the wrap-around bridge and no adjustment), and the frets are nicely finished. There's no pickup hum, until I sit in front of my old desktop computer with the 17" CRT monitor. I always felt that the PRSs were kind of dinky, but not after playing this one. Hector Arcadius
Love it! Congrats man! I have considered them in the past, but was driven away by the price. Since you got a good deal, however...:)
Swoop
Yep, I dare say you got the better guitar over the Epi. Looks nice and I'm sure it sounds great too.
