jpelzel
Too bad. Zero frets wear out way too easily and is it even possible to change them on a fretboard made of the material used? Always wanted a Steinberger and this one looked like a good candidate for mounting a Roland pickup as far as space between bridge and pickup goes. I guess I'll have to pass. boswell
Too bad. Zero frets wear out way too easily and is it even possible to change them on a fretboard made of the material used? I believe many people like Eagle carry out refrets on graphite necks and phenolic fret boards.
tallpicker
Peekamoose did a great SS refret on my GL but I'm not sure the value of a ZT3 justifies the cost.

I did a Synapse with Jescar 6100 size SS,+Plek massive improvement (doesn't feel like an Eppiphone now.) Did a 98GM7TA the same as well.
