headlost Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 I don't see exactly what is your doubt, anyway the transcale does have a special shaped one-piece saddle, which design take into account the most current individual saddle positions for achieving a perfect intonation, then it's not a straight saddle. This piezo saddle may be height-adjusted by means of three screws, back-forth adjusted and locked at bridge side by means of a screw-pad lock, and also slanted a bit by means of a screw which goes against a spring pushing one side of the saddle.
