Gibson Apology

Jeez just when you work up a good head of steam -


I had a few really minor issues about the new Warren Haynes Custom and did a rant post about a week ago about a bad truss rod cover the wrong strap locks etc. and how Gibson blew me off. Well today they sent me replacements for everything I mentioned and an apology that it took so long but that the person dealing with it was out for a few days so the order was on the desk.


So fair is fair.


I ripped them in public so now I'll apologize the same way - they took care of everything I mentioned no questions asked and an apology to boot. Can't ask for much more than that in todays world - thanks Gibson Custom Shop

Benton did you all proud always polite and always professional even when I wasn't.
