pickguard for Epiphone Special II

I've done it! Pickguard installed, just the way I wanted it. Here she is:

I had to use at beginning of thread. I'm pleased it worked for you. So, how did

YOU go about making the "cut-out" for the VOL Knob?

 

You have just begun the journey of Guitar Modding - it's addictive!!!! Can you post

one without the fingerprints/DNA? (For future use when this question comes up

again - it WILL...!)

 

The "CAP'N" (RTH) is right - current tuner holes are 8mm, and yes, the stock tuners

are pretty bad. When you replace them, don't throw them away. Always good to have a

supply of spare/emergency parts. Replacement tuners usually DO require a 10mm hole,

Grover style, keystone style.... Most likely, you'll have to fill in the existing tuner

screw mounting holes with toothpicks and wood glue, then re-drill new holes. Easy as pie.
